About

The daily post,
handled for good.

Dayposter does one thing: every night, it takes your schedule from your booking software, designs it as an Instagram story in your brand, and posts it. Nobody on your team has to make it, remember it, or redo it when the schedule changes.

Built for the one post
you make every day.

The daily schedule story is the most reliable post a studio makes, and the most tedious. Somebody screenshots the schedule, or rebuilds it in a template app, or skips it because it's late. It's the same fifteen minutes every day, and it's nobody's favorite fifteen minutes.

The information already exists. Your booking software knows today's classes, who's teaching, who's covering, and what's cancelled. Dayposter reads that, designs it properly, shows it to you the evening before, and posts it at midnight, after checking your schedule one more time so overnight changes make it into the story. A template gives you a starting point. Dayposter gives you the finished post, every day.

Dayposter was built at River Studio, a yoga & pilates studio in Leland, Michigan, where it has posted every morning since 2025.

We'd rather show
our work than our size.

We're small on purpose. The proof is on the homepage: type your website and the product demonstrates itself with your actual schedule. Our claims stay specific and checkable; you won't find invented counters or borrowed logos here. Today one studio, in Leland, Michigan, posts with Dayposter every morning, and we'll say "studios" only when that's true.

Everything by email.
Nothing to log into.

Every evening the preview reaches you by email with four links: Looks good, Skip, Pause, Stop. Reply in plain English to change anything, from a class name to your post time, and it's fixed within minutes. Billing lives in the Stripe customer portal. There's nothing to install and nothing to log into. If you can answer an email, you can run Dayposter.

The stop switch.

The stop link is in every email, and stop@dayposter.com does the same. Posting halts the moment you say so, and the flag is re-read at the instant of posting.

Your data leaves with you.

Your brand settings, your design choices, and your post history are yours to take.

90 days' notice.

If Dayposter ever shuts down, you get at least 90 days' warning and your export, in writing, in our terms.

Self-hosting exists.

If you want the machinery on your own hardware, posting through your own credentials, we scope and quote it by email. If you ever leave us, it keeps posting.
