Momence + Instagram Stories

Your Momence schedule
on Instagram Stories.
Every day, automatically.

Dayposter reads your public Momence booking page, designs today's schedule as an Instagram story in your brand, and posts it every night, with tomorrow's right behind it. Instructors, times, and subs are marked. Cancelled classes are gone. No exports, no screenshots, no design app.

Free. No signup, no card. About ten seconds.

Set up with one link.
Nothing else.

Momence publishes your schedule on your public booking page, and that's all Dayposter needs. Paste your momence.com booking link and we read the same schedule your clients see.

  • We never ask for your Momence password.
  • No staff seat is used, and there is no API key to request.
  • Nothing is installed, and nothing changes in your Momence account.

If you can send someone your booking link, you can set up Dayposter.

Your instructors,
in the story.

Momence already shows your instructors' photos on your schedule. Dayposter brings them in automatically, so the story shows the people teaching that day, including designs built entirely around them. No photo on file? A clean initials mark stands in, and nothing looks broken. Add your own brand photos too; they're included.

Subs are marked.
Cancellations are gone.

When a class is covered, Momence knows the original instructor and the sub. Dayposter reads both and marks the story "(sub)" on its own. Right before posting, at midnight, it re-reads your schedule one more time, so a cover or a cancellation that lands late in the evening still makes it into the story. Cancelled classes are removed every time. If the schedule changes in some other way after you've approved the preview, your setting decides: Hold for me, and nothing posts until you tap OK, or Auto, and the updated story posts on time. A day with no classes never posts at all.

Twenty designs.
Every one in your brand.

From quiet and editorial to photo-led, each design is shown with your real Momence schedule already in it, in your fonts, your colors, your logo, and your people. Every design fits any day: two classes or twenty-two, nothing overflows, nothing clips.

From your booking link
to your first story.

01

Paste your Momence booking link.

Your own story comes back in about ten seconds, free, before you sign up for anything.

02

Make it yours.

Pick a design, confirm your colors and logo, and connect your Instagram Business account on Instagram's own screens, through the official API. Your account needs to be linked to a Facebook Page; the switch is free, and we walk you through it. Then subscribe on a Stripe checkout page.

03

It posts every night.

At 8:00 pm you get the preview by email. At midnight the story goes up. The stop link is in every email.

Common questions.

Does Momence post my schedule to Instagram by itself?

Momence's marketing tools center on email, texts, funnels, ads, and your Instagram inbox. As of this writing, it doesn't design and publish a daily schedule story on its own. That's the gap Dayposter fills.

Which link do I paste?

Your public booking page: the momence.com link your clients use to book. If you can send it to a client, it's the right one.

Do you connect to my Momence account?

No. We read your public booking page, the same schedule your clients already see. There's no login, no staff seat, and no API key.

What happens if I change my schedule in Momence?

Whatever your booking page shows is what posts. Each evening at 8:00 pm you see the story first. Right before posting, we re-read your schedule and update it: subs marked, cancellations removed, new classes in. Cancelled classes are always removed. For any other change after you've approved, you choose Hold for me or Auto during setup.

What kind of Instagram account do I need?

An Instagram Business account linked to a Facebook Page. On a personal or creator account, or no Page yet? The switch is free, takes a few minutes in the Instagram app, and we walk you through it during setup.

What does it cost?

$45 a month, month to month, cancel any time. The first fifteen businesses pay $25 a month, locked for as long as they stay subscribed. Details are on the pricing page. The demo is free and needs no account.
